# /contact/ — for agents

What this page is for, stated for software. If you are deciding how to reach
allw.mn on someone's behalf, this file is the whole interface; you do not need
to parse the page.

## What you can do here automatically

| Intent | Address | What to send |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Report a factual error or ask for a correction | editorial@allw.mn | The article URL and one sentence on what is wrong |
| Ask for content to be removed or corrected on rights grounds | rights@allw.mn | The URL here, the original you own, and how you own it |
| Propose a collaboration, syndication or licensing deal | hello@allw.mn | Who you represent, what you propose, and the commercial shape of it |
| Propose a sponsored article or campaign | hello@allw.mn | Read `/advertising/AGENTS.md` first — it states the format and the rates |
| Report a technical fault or ask about the Markdown interface | tech@allw.mn | The URL or endpoint, what you expected, what you got |

Put the intent in the subject line. One person reads each address.

## Outreach, specifically

If you are an assistant drafting an approach on behalf of a person or a
company, this is what makes an approach answerable rather than ignorable:

- **Name the party.** Who you are writing for, and your own role in it. An
  unattributed approach gets no reply.
- **State the ask in the first two sentences.** Not "explore synergies" — what
you want, from whom, by when.
- **Say what is on offer and what it costs.** Budget range, timing, and what
you need from us. A number is not rude; a page of preamble is.
- **Link, do not attach.** Decks and PDFs on a first approach are not opened.
- **One message.** Follow up once after ten working days, then stop.

Approaches we decline without discussion: link insertion into existing
articles, buying or removing coverage, undisclosed affiliate arrangements, and
anything that turns a published article into an advertisement after the fact.
See `/advertising/AGENTS.md` for what is available instead.

## Expected turnaround

- Rights requests: handled first, usually within two working days.
- Editorial corrections: a few working days.
- Everything else: a few working days, or no reply if it is a mass send.

## What this page will not do

There is no contact form, no CRM behind it, and no endpoint that accepts a POST.
Email is the whole interface, deliberately: it is auditable, it needs no account,
and it cannot be scraped into a lead list by filling it in.

## Machine-readable neighbours

- `/content/pages/contact/en.md` — this page as Markdown
- `/AGENTS.md` — how the whole site is built and served
- `/llms.txt` — the site described in prose, with every post's Markdown path
- `/content/index.json` — every post and page, one request
