Holly Riordan1 min read

Don't you hate when you're in bed, but can't seem to drift off? Well, Real Simple has a cure for your insomnia. All you have to do is perform these yoga poses that ease anxiety and relax your muscles. Do them every night before bed, and you should get a great night's sleep.
1. Seated Spinal Twist
All you have to do is get down on the ground and keep one leg bent over your other leg. It's that simple!
2. Legs up the Wall
All you have to do is get as close as you can to a wall and keep your legs together. Hold the pose for about ten minutes.
3. Child's Pose
For this pose, you're basically going to place your knees against the floor, while your forehead and arms are against the ground.
4. Straight Leg Raise
Get on your side and then lift your leg straight up in the air. That's the whole pose!
These poses are easy to do, so you won't have to strain yourself at the end of the night. What other yoga poses have helped you fall asleep in the past?
